ZiNuZZ, developed by ZeoN PowerTec, provides a GUI base design tool for resonant LLC power converters operating in boost mode. Converter analysis is based on the specification of the input voltage Vi and output voltage Vo, together with a chosen transformer turns ratio N and the desired series resonance frequency f0. In a second step the preferred components are selected. These components are the series resonant capacitor Cs, series resonant inductor Ls and either magnetising inductance Lm or the ratio A between both inductances. After executing a profile calculation further analysis in terms of steady state time diagrams, a state plane trajectory diagram or spectral content is possible.
